CORE IMPROVEMENT TEAM
Aim High Academy Trust requires a small but effective Executive Management Team that have responsibilities for all its main functions. In addition to the Chief Executive Officer and Executive Business Manager roles, the Trust also deploys an Academy Improvement lead.
CEO – Heather March
The CEO will be the lead educationalist in the MAT, responsible for the school improvement direction for all schools within the MAT. They will act as the link director to each school in the MAT, ensuring consistency in the Headteachers' performance management process and may at times serve as the Executive Head to schools when needed. They will also act as the academy improvement lead for teaching and learning, coordinating teaching approaches across the trust. Our strategy is to enhance strong collaboration and to facilitate targeted coaching and mentoring of staff.
Senior Trust Finance Lead (CFO) – Sarah Chapman
The Senior Trust Finance Lead will lead the development and consolidation of the Trust finance operations; working with the Headteachers and business support staff across the academies to ensure compliance with financial procedures and statutory obligations.
